About Nadine Brincat

I’m a warranted (licensed) psychotherapist, working in private practice, with seven years of clinical experience. I specialise in trauma-informed approaches to self-worth healing. Based in Malta and serving clients internationally, I support clients  who are ready to break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the exhausting cycle of trying to earn their worth.

 

My work blends evidence-based frameworks — Gestalt Psychotherapy and Systemic Constellations — with daily practices you can actually use. Having walked this path myself, I know that worth isn’t something you build. It’s something you remember.
